Jebel Ali Resorts & Hotels has launched its new beach hotel towards the end of 2012. The luxury Ocean View Hotel is located on the walk of Jumeirah Beach Residences (JBR).

Zeoplant was used in the soil mix to minimize the necessary irrigation water requirements for a sustainable landscaping and to reduce operation and maintenance cost for the hotel operator. The designers of the project are Woods Bagot.
